Both apartments can accommodate up to 3 people each, offering all the comforts for a holiday in complete tranquillity, but at the same time close to the cities of art.

The Linden Trees Apartment
Delightful, newly built and independent apartment, immersed in the Sienese countryside in a triumph of colours and variety of vegetation, with a large garden and access to the car park and swimming pool.
The flat can accommodate up to 3 people and offers all the comforts for a holiday in complete tranquillity, but at the same time connected to the outside world.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom (with double bed and single bed) and a living room with sofa bed.
Equipped also with air conditioning (included in the price) and a pellet stove.
- The pellet stove is activated on request and includes the supply of 1 bag of pellets.
Other bags can be purchased through the owners or in any well-stocked shop.
- It is not possible for tenant residents to accommodate for the night or even in the pool persons not declared on arrival.
- The pool will be shared between guests and owners and is opened seasonally, from 14 May to 1 October, depending on weather conditions.
Pets not allowed.
